   This truly was one of the most popular programs Toledo Optical has ever administered. As it was in 2002, every pair of Shamir lenses sold earns a $12 cash back incentive. There are no vouchers to redeem, no coupons to send and no forms to track. Toledo Optical does all the work for you. Believe it or not, this incentive is even available on VSP Rx's!!
   One new twist allows for a $6 incentive on all "office" (near/intermediate) lenses, this option was not offered in 2002.
